We collect your email address, nickname, optional display name and location, and activity data (courses, music sheets, forum posts, payments) necessary to operate the service.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the MusicTrainerPro service — authentication, content access, and payment processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except Stripe (payment processing) and our hosting provider.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie that is strictly necessary for you to stay logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights (GDPR)

• Right of access — download a copy of all your personal data from your Profile page.
• Right to erasure — delete your account and all associated personal data from your Profile page. Payment records are anonymised and retained for 7 years as required by accounting law.
• Right to rectification — update your profile information at any time from your Profile page.
